What we do

resumes2u screens verified Australian resume databases (over 13 million profiles) to deliver you a curated shortlist of candidates against the brief you submit. We aim to deliver every shortlist within 24 hours of payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and exclude GST. 10% GST is added at checkout and itemised on your tax invoice. Charges are one-off — there are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

Our 'no-match' refund

While we screen through paid verified databases, occasionally we may not be able to find the right match for the job description you provide. This is unlikely, but it can happen — particularly for very niche or executive roles.

If we determine that we cannot match your brief, we will refund the amount paid within 5 business days, after deducting a small refund administration fee of $17 AUD to cover payment processing and admin costs.

What's not refundable

Refunds are not available where:

  • We have delivered the shortlist matching your brief and you choose not to engage the candidates;
  • The brief is changed materially after the shortlist has been delivered;
  • Information provided in the brief was inaccurate or misleading.

Phone screening add-on

Where you add phone screening at checkout, we will contact each shortlisted candidate to verify their details and confirm interest. If we are unable to reach a candidate after 3 attempts, that screening fee for that candidate is non-refundable.

Privacy

We collect the information you submit in your brief only to deliver the service. Candidate contact details we share with you are sourced from databases on which candidates have consented to being contacted by potential employers. Treat them with care.
